As Director of Operations Faye is responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, estimating costs, obtaining permits, hiring labor, overseeing operations, and final inspection. She makes sure that all construction projects meet health and safety codes, environmental regulations, and building codes. Additionally, she negotiates contracts with vendors, receive and process invoices, and manage budgets.
As the director of estimating, Shane supervises the team of estimators and oversees the estimating processes for bids on infrastructure projects from all aspects of the projects. Shane is well versed in developing and implementing a bidding strategy as well as cultivating relationships with the clients and vendors.
Shawn is a relationship-based manager with over 30 years of real estate, design, architecture, engineering, construction, and project management experience. He has extensive experience leading diverse teams and delivering quality results. With a background in architecture, as well as experience in construction and engineering, Shawn is uniquely suited to support design build projects. As design-build manager, Shawn provides fluid communication and a comprehensive approach to leading the design and construction process from inception to completion.
